SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing to shop with us!

It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure the correct address is listed and used when placing an order, if an address change is needed there will be an extra charge and if not paid, I will send the order to the address listed, or may not send it at all.

Ready to ship orders are shipping within 1-3 business days, not including weekends.

Made to order items, such as pearl necklaces and bracelets, have 2-3 week processing time. This does not include shipping time. Please be aware that if you select express shipping as your method of shipment for a made to order item, the 2-3 week processing time still remains.

If a ready to ship item is ordered with a made to order piece, the order will not ship until the entire order is complete.

Packages are offered via USPS. We offer economy & express options.

While I take the best care in packaging and shipping all items, once a package is dropped off at the post office, it is out of my hands. I cannot guarantee delivery times or be responsible for shipping delays, loss, or mishaps caused by the carrier.

If something happens to your package during shipping, please contact me immediately, and I will do everything I can to help resolve the situation. However, I am not responsible for replacing or refunding packages that are lost or delayed after being handed to the carrier.
